Jenny represents business clients in a wide range of litigation matters in state and federal court including business disputes, fiduciary litigation, administrative matters, and appeals. Before joining RSM, Jenny spent her legal career in public service, handling a wide variety of litigation and appellate matters for state agencies and public university systems.
Jenny was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and moved to Austin in 2000. Before attending law school, she worked for a U.S. Senator in Washington, DC, a ski resort in Colorado, and several software startups in Austin. Jenny and her husband, Courtney, have two children. Jenny enjoys camping, reading, and watching soccer.
